Since 1994, Harry McIntosh has been working full time as a real estate broker and developer. He has specific expertise in vacant land, office/warehouse, retail, investment and residential properties.

Harry is a graduate of Rollins College (BA Environmental Science) and Florida State University (BS Finance), is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. Harry currently serves as Managing Partner of Leconte Land Development and President of Leconte Realty. He has also served on the board for Blount County Habitat for Humanity and is the founder and current Treasurer of the Leconte Realty Foundation. Harry is a graduate of Leadership Blount (2015), Experience Your Smokies (2016), and serves on the Maryville Downtown Design and Review Board.

He lives in Maryville with his wife, Penny, and is the proud parent of 4 children who currently attend Colorado University - Boulder, University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, and the United States Navy.
